As I can return item if I find any issues. I am going to take a risk. It's sold by Amazon subsidiary. So I am not concerned about legitimacy of the product. I might be wrong but at this price point, it's worth taking a look.
I am not a camera expert by any means but it takes jaw dropping photos in low light. I think I would use my camera more often now. Is it alright to keep lens attached to camera all the time ? By the way, you were right. The lens does not have any warranty in US. I will buy it from Amazon separately just in case. I am not even sure about Nikon lens' warranty.

Nikon is a stickler when it comes to grey market.
The 28-75 is a rebadged Tamron 28-75 (generation 1 not 2) lens. It's a fine lens and very versatile so it may be your most often used lens.
While f2.8 is relatively bright for a zoom lens, depending on how little light there is, it may be better to put your money towards one of Nikon's f1.8 prime lenses. A little more than double the light capture but you lose the convenience of a zoom. But I don't find f2.8 particularly lacking in most situations.
