"like funko crap" That alone makes you sound like a miserable old fart. There are funkos out there that are worth thousands of dollars. Just like stocks, people who are either fans of the show to display or maybe hoping to make so money years, decades from now. If you dont have anything positive to say about the post and the person who takes the time to post this deal, just shut up and dont post.

In a digital age it's nice to have something physical that connects you to media. These are fun. So many are $10 or less so if you get tired of it it's not a big deal to donate. Some things are just temporary fun and that's ok

who buys this? (not a kid, since the heman is nostalgic for millenials and gen x). at least with legos, you get to do something. this (like all funko crap) just accumulates dust and looks really, really ugly. really.

I think a lot of them are pretty clever. I grew up in the 80s, so it's nice to see a lot of this stuff still around. Back in the day, there was no Amazon with free 1-2 day shipping, and a lot of the popular stuff would sell out quickly in the stores.

I was given one by a coworker. I think they're pretty cool. I might start collecting them to display on my desk and perhaps gift him one he doesn't have yet lol.

Reality check...
Just because you don't like something, doesn't mean others don't. Wink

What are the hunko items worth money? This is not the first time I have heard that these things are accruing value and for an older fart, some of these are nice having out for nostalgia, etc., of it. This is likely one of them but how do I differentiate the value from the non-valuable ones? Do we keep these in the package? Yes, I assume...

Who peed in your cornflakes?

I'm 40 and have a small collection of characters I like. I have the complete set of Jim Henson's Labyrinth characters. The set goes up and down in price but usually about $350+ could be more to the right person. I think I paid $13 each for the 6 of them. So not bad if I ever do decide I sell them.

I have some lego sets also as you mentioned. I put my Voltron set together and the individual Lions take up a lot of room on my shelves to always be on display and in Voltron form the limbs, sword, and shield are pretty flimsy. So he's now back in his box collecting dust...

Thats the thing, you dont know which are worth money. Amazon had a sale on DC Batman Dia De Los Muertos mid 2021 i believe, got 10 batmans at 5 bucks each. sold 5 for 12 bucks each early this year. I also got 5 mandolorian funkos for 10 bucks and now they are worth 5 so there you have it. My comment was mainly focused on Issac's remark about legos vs funkos and how they are ugly, blah blah blah. The old fart part was just for fun because he just sounds miserable, and if you look at the majority of the comments here replying to his message, it shows im not alone Smilie

Have Amazon Locker deliveries always been free? I could have sworn they used to charge for it. Just ordered this item and did the locker option as I do not have Prime nor did I want to buy anything else to get to that threshold for the free delivery to my home.

Edit: Nevermind. Just tried to buy another item. $18 bucks this other item was and it tried to charge me $5.99 for the ship to locker option. Weird this Masters of the Universe item was free of charge for ship to locker on this $8 bucks item and the other order of $18 was trying to charge me for locker delivery. Odd indeed what it decides to charge shipping for as a non Prime member.
