Ty for the post. Saved me 30+ hours of 3D printing mounts. Ended up getting 5(10 total) and I'm pretty sure that comes out cheaper than individually 3d printing materials, electricity, and risk of failure.

Ryobi should just include these if they can't integrate a hole for mounting into their chassis.

Also keep in mind that these do add strain to the battery engagement, so you might get slop after a while. They're definitely for storage only, not for hooking to your tool belt.

All in all, it's just not a good product.

Can anyone recommend a way to mount these ? my old house I had cabinets in the garage and I mounted L-shaped garage door type straps and it worked great. I'm trying to figure out how to do it neatly on bare wall .

Looks like this product is designed for pegboard, but I still prefer these U-hooks for hanging pretty much all my tools. https://www.amazon.com/Black-Gara...700&sr=8-6

Agreed, not a good product. Bought a whole bunch from DTO and now they collect dust; way too much trouble than they are worth.
Thanks for the warning about slop.

See 3rd pic here. If you don't have a pegboard you can just hang it off an appropriately sized/anchored drywall screw:

I just received same error, had it in my cart, added 2nd item and got the error on lanyard, should have purchased immediately, probably out of stock or misprinted for free shipping.
