edit: I may have redeemed it last year which is why it's not working on my account I can only assume.

I signed up but I wish there was a way to pay extra for the no ad plan and still get the $4.99 applied to it. You can do this with Netflix but I don't see a way here.

Paramount+ has two tiers - Premium (ad free) and Essential (ad subsidized). The T-Mobile offer is only for the Essential. As a Premium subscriber and paying once a year, I was told by Paramount+ customer service that if I wanted to take this deal, I would have to CANCEL my subscription and sign up with a different email address. I asked if I had changed my package to Essential without cancelling and the reply was that no changes would take place until my current subscription ran out in June of 2023 and the promotional code I generated for my account would likely no longer be valid. T-Mobile was smart enough to offer a discounted rate plan for all of the Netflix subscription options, so why not here?

Bottom line - If you are a Premium subscriber of Paramount+, don't waste your time.

I picked mine up about a month ago as a new T-Mobile Home Internet customer. I do have a phone plan too, but it's the $15 pre-paid plan, so I don't think that had any impact. It's the ad-supported version, but I mostly watch from PC while gaming or whatever on a different monitor, and uBlock Origin prevents me from seeing any ads (and there is no dead time where an ad would be - it's just uninterrupted).

Yes and when you clip it take you to sign up paramount page and you follow the instructions. After that it will show marked and said active. One thing you have to keep your mind that you have to cancel the subscription before charges are applied to your monthly bill. Don't worry too much it go month by month so if you miss to cancel before 13th month it will charge you $4.99 plus tax
