I just checked and looks like $50 and available for shipping. Weird if it would be based on location with shipping.

Sometimes one Warehouse has 10,000 in stock and another 100 miles away won't. It happens with me a lot with Home Depot deals. People say their warehouse has 2,000 and mine has none.

Yesterday I couldn't reproduce this deal. A few minutes ago Walmart notified me of a price drop and now the $50 is available to me in the app.
