Single and 2-pack have same SKU and stores don't seem to have 2-packs. Ordered for pick-up and got just single but CS let me grab a second single without too much hassle.

Good find! Do you think all HD's will only have the 1 pack and then most customer service employees will let you grab a second, or did you just happen to have a kind employee helping you out?

The ideal level is the one you need for the job. I have a 9" torpedo style, 24" and a 48". Use them all for different reasons.

Picked mine up today. There was only one. Not two. But the package matched the SKU for the 2 pack. They told me to go grab another off the shelf and they override. There was none on the shelf. I asked them to just give me half the money back. They refunded the whole thing and sent me on my way. Free level!
