Was trying to do the trade in, but the site wouldn't let me accept the offer. Missed out on the watch deal and now this. It's like Samsung is doing what it can to keep me from purchasing from them.

My trade-in is still in my cart, even though it isn't available for newly filled carts. Says $0 but I'm going to reload every so often hoping the $20 comes back. 35 minutes from live to dead is pretty shitty.

I'm constantly getting a message that says "We are unable to process your request at this time. Please try again after a few minutes. Sorry for the inconvenience." during checkout. I guess the deal is dead since it hasn't worked for me in the past 40 minutes.

What box? You send them in with the shipping box that the new ear buds arrive in.

I fly a lot so I have a stockpile of free airline ear buds that I use whenever a deal pops up. Done it twice with no issues. You just wrap them in the corrugated paper that Samsung uses for shipments and chuck them in the box.

If I didn't have airline ear buds, I'd be using dollar store ones.

Ahh, got it. I thought about doing a pickup, but didn't want to waste time and gas, so just picked shipping. For wired headphones, you may not even need a box. A padded envelope should do.
