Anyone know in-store price adjustment rules? Or just return and re-buy? I very recently just bought it...

Stop by customer service, if it's within a month they do it with no issue, a if a little over try speaking to the store manager and request. I. Sure they should do it

I just bought the v10 at costco for 400 without tax.
Opinions on V10 vs V11?
Is it worth the 150 dollar difference?

I think it's worth it. These are the things you get
1. 20-30% more suction power
2. 20-30% more battery life
3. Auto mode to switch between carpet and floor
4. Battery time left indicator
5. Clean/stuck alert
6. Few more accessories

I will never buy another dyson cordless. It worked for 3 years and won't charge. Dyson wanted $100 for another battery. My corded 7 year old Dyson is still going, I did have to replace individual plastic parts like the hose. It was convenient but I'd rather buy a vacuum that has a cord.

Depending on which Dyson cordless version you have, you could buy an adapter that will let you use Dewalt batteries.

Costco has a great return policy! You can just return it and get a new one if you wanted!
I hope you were joking

I don't think he was. If it's not working, they will take it back.

Did you use the max suck function excessively? Dyson store reps say that functionality pretty much kills your cordless as they call it a ludicrous mode.
You're actually not supposed to be using that function at all unless for emergencies and dire cases

I'll see this my two-year-old V10 crapped out a week ago because of a bad trigger. Doing a little googling apparently it's very common on both the Dyson cordless models and there's a bunch of YouTube videos about it

The battery of our V7 died after 3 years. We bought a knock-off brand battery from Amazon for $30, and it is in the second year now.
Yes, you will have to sacrifice the hassle of battery degradation for the cordless convenience. The cordless is especially useful if you need to vacuum your car or the roof...
