Just a few days back, I was in outlet mall and Adidas store was running 50% of promotion and clearance.
I browse through the store and luckily got a very high end track pant which original MRPS $70 of course way above marked up, reduce to $35 and I used this card to pay.
Note, as soon as you get the card add to your Google Wallet or similar app.
I saved the card to Google wallet and used it without any issue.
Also note that, the GC won't expire, but the $15 promotion credit will have a expiry date so make sure to use it as soon as possible.

You then select Adidas in store which is 30% discount or Factory in store which is a 20% discount. You can also get an online promo code for 30% off but it doesn't usually stack with other offers. Id me will give you a bar code to scan at the store.
