The manufacturers play so many games with the lofts that the numbers on the clubs are no longer meaningful. Callaway makes a 21.5 degree 5-iron. Ping's is 23.5. Those are closer to traditional 3 irons. That 4H is listed as 24 degree loft, so the 6i is probably the next in line.

Just going purely off the only image available, but they look cheaply made compared to the Callaway ones. Looks like an old $200 Walmart set.

These look rather basic, which for new golfers or anyone who plays a couple times a year, is perfectly fine. Affordability trumps having the latest name brand stuff for those two types of players. Use them, beat them up, get a love for the game, then trade up to something better.
Thumbs up for any golf deal.
