Oof. The toxicity is bad enough, but to not even look at the video before replying?
For others, I've got an Insta360 One X2. It's great, but it's very different from a GoPro. The stitching is impressive, but imperfect. Great for capturing 360 videos for direct upload or for when you want to select the target and convert to a regular video. However, you'll get lens flare as the camera moves, and some artifacts around the edges of the lenses. So, if you want to shoot a video where you're focused on a single thing, a regular GoPro will give superior results.
The R3 is pretty impressive and does some cool tricks for sure. But the killer feature on the GoPro 11 is across the board 10-bit color recording. With the accessibility of color grading on phones, this will give people a lot more room to get a closer-to-cinematic level of polish to their videos. The only other action cam that also can record in 10-bit color is the Insta360 Titan.
Have always been a GoPro fan since v1.0. Didn't upgrade every model, though, and last stopped at 8.
Just checked and I do have this Amex offer, and with its forward-facing screen, I may jump on this. Need to first see some reviews about the overheating issue that seems to plague these later models, though.

For folks who ordered recently, how long did it take for delivery with free shipping?
Wondering if I can get it by Thursday in Atlanta area if I order today or tomorrow.

Thanks for the reply. I ordered yesterday as order page showed estimated delivery tuesday, but considering your order from Thursday is arriving Tuesday, I doubt mine will be here on time. Going on a trip to Jamaica this Friday. Should have decided sooner.
Edit: they shipped it today using 2 day air. Ups shows wed delivery 😊
Here's a video comparison from a professional, Matti Haapoja, works with Peter McKinnon. He likes both, but prefers the X3 for different things for what he uses it for. https://youtu.be/yDEO048FnNo

For anyone curious about 8-bit vs 10-bit and what 10-bit can do for your final product, BH Photo Video made a good explanation: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WNy24_X
