1. Headset bearing installer. DIY options available with an allthreader rod and some washers and nuts.
2. Star Nut setting tool.
3. Pipe Cutter that can cut 1 1/8" pipe or larger.
It's a simple process if you acquire these tools.
Asked earlier in this thread about returning in box (since this was an impulse buy - I already have 3 MTB bikes!), and others said no need, just return as whole bike and you should be fine.

The height of a top bar (stand over height) does not affect the ability to set your seat and handlebar heights properly. I'm NOT talking about sitting on a seat and touching both feet to the ground.
Only the dropper post version of this bike - Axum DP is available in medium size (red color).

Edit: Looks likes it is a 30.9mm x 400mm so a 350mm length should get the job done.
