HELP, I messed up my neutragena, the wipes I bought Are 25 count there was no 21 count I did not get $8.00 …if I call CS they will want to know where it says buy $20 get $8.00 and my stores don't do tags.. so someone tell me here hat information came from… I made such a mess

NEVER MIND I FIGURED OUT IM AN IDIOT I BOUGHT THE WRONG THING..yes y'all told me were to buy it from but it didn't add up in my weekitty brain.. so I'm going to spell this out for anyone else with a wee-brain…

So in a nutshell purchase your makeup whips from the selection in the make up isle not like me that saw a package in the skin care isle that looked the picture, so I. Bought it…stupid stupid me! I won't have time to do correct my mistakes until Friday. I'm so bummed

It's in the circular. On the page where it says "buy $40 Beauty earn $10" in the bottom left corner it shows "buy 2 earn $8".

Found some Irish spring Moisture Blast 3 pks for 97 cents. Not marked at all and on the regular shelf. Went to 2 stores but only rang up this way at 1 store. Got the dd.

Both orders from two different account went processing right away (and complete now) has two orders each on hold (order from 09/15 on hold, 09/18 on hold and 09/26 complete)EEK!EEK!

Yes - this is the kind of crap that I'm talking about .. no rhyme or reason. I have orders placed on hold that stay on hold, but I'll ship to the same address on another account on the same day, and it goes through. I've had orders that went straight to processing to the same address as the previous order that was still on hold. I really can't figure out what their billing software is doing.

I'm assuming you used only BC for all orders and this is what I'm saying, time passed.

Are you sure you didn't pay some oop in those orders that processed after being put on hold on the same day? I really ask you to take a careful look again that would be very inconsistent with my data and I have them in an excel file.

It's commendable that any one of your accounts never run short of BC. My testing has only gone up to 3 ON HOLDS to the same address before I chicken out and pay the oop. I have repeated the same test at least a couple other times on other addresses and got the same result. I'm sure if you tabulate your orders with time stamp you will find some useful data. The software is programmed to act the way it does, there is a rhyme and reason, we just need to find it.

It is part of the deal. I ordered 4 of those wipes at the beginning of the week and earned the $16 BC for buying them. Later in the week, I did a second order, which included a $12.99 Neutrogena item, and I did earn the $10 BC.

I wasn't planning on doing the Dove deal but my Fetch offers were too good to pass up. The offers I focused on were 50% back on Dove Body Love Cleanser, 50% back on Dove Body Polish, and 4000 for buying 2 Dove Body Polish. I did 2 small transactions (pics of receipts attached) that yielded a $22 MM. I didn't use any Dove coupons because I had a bad experience in the past with Fetch % back offers when coupons were used in the transaction.


Transaction 1:

1 Dove BW $9.49

1 Dove Polish $11.09
