The unlimited pages coupon code works for existing customers as well.
You can get the Groupon deal and get 1 or more of the 8x8 hard cover books for $4.50 each and apply the free extra pages code.

So, you're saying, for existing customers, the total cost would end up being 4.50 + 8.99 = $13.49?

Yes, plus whatever taxes are applicable. I ordered 2 of the books for $9 (Groupon) + ~$15.49 Shutterfly shipping/taxes
