Is this "Naruto To Boruto: Shinobi Striker" game any good or would this be considered 'shovelware'?
Was as fun game when i played on ps4, sadly it lacked content at about the time. At this price point though, im buying it again and throwing it on my steam deck.

It's a team based arena fighter. The mechanics are like a beat em up with the objectives of an fps. It's definitely fun, you get a lot of freedom of movement and each power up you unlock has buffs and debuffs that you have to account for when you decide which ones to go with.
The two biggest cons is that unlocks are based on a light gacha system, meaning you have to grind for in game currency to have a random chance to unlock new weapons. It's not as egregious as some other games. You can get new ults and powers just by leveling your character, but weapons are purely through loot boxes. There's also DLC that gives you much better power ups you wouldn't get with the base game. The biggest downside is that it's pretty easy to hack, making some matches unplayable.
Overall it's pretty fun, but I wouldn't go into it expecting to get dozens of hours out of it.
