What if you want wasabi/soy sauce almonds?
These are delicious but I eat too many and make pooping quite painful

Wasabi peas from asian stores a little bit spicier ( hit those nostrils just like raw wasabi). These are a little bit more subtle , but taste great.

If you want to try them, as this is big, go to a local Walgreens or grocery store, and they are in those small blue diamond cans.

Flavoring seeds and nuts is stupid /s lol

Seriously stupid that we flavor anything, or combine foods together to make new food creations.

Soy sauce for example, why not just eat soybeans, salt, mold and water separately? These crazy morons mixing stuff together. Argh!!! /s /s /s

I find that chewing them helps relieve that problem.

Make sure you chew them until they are completely liquefied. Many of us overeat because we don't take enough time to savor our food while chewing,. Taking longer to chew actually benefits greatly with digestion. nodnod

Used to be my favorite flavor. Last time I got them it seems like they changed the balance. More soy, less wasabi. Not nearly as good.

Modified corn starch, maltodextrose, palm oil and other various cheap vegetable oils.

Avoid these at any cost if you value your metabolic health.

Not really. The Wasabi peas are more spicier than this. Having eaten both at the same time, I can confirm there is significant difference in the spiciness.

Go read the ingredients on the can. Very frustrating they add all of these cheap low quality oils and polysaccharides to a snack we often associate with "healthy"

They are not bad, per se. As compared to wasabi peas I was given to by an Indian co-worker (she got them in a care package from her family back in India, they looked homemade) it was like getting punched in the nose. She was eating them like candy, I was barely breathing. The Blue Diamond spin on wasabi is waaay milder than that.
