If you look at the woot listing, nowhere it says certified.
If it's the same cable, this is a cracking deal. I have never seen it so low even in warehouse deals.

Under the "Specs" section in the Woot listing, click the link that says "Full specs here". It will route you to the Monoprice page, where it specifically says that it is certified in the title of the product. I would also imagine that the packaging would state that it is a certified cable as well, but that would require ordering the product.
Either way, Monoprice products are/or at least always have been legit for me. You really can't beat the quality/price ratio. I don't see any reason that this would be different for this product.
