Added: It originally showed available on both my husband and my Audible accounts. After I signed him up for the deal, I no longer had the offer on my account. I'm guessing it's one offer per paid Prime account, and once you use it, other household members probably won't get it. Worth checking, though.

Exact steps that worked for me and may work for you:
1. Visit https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B0...465&sr=8-1. This is an audio book you'll "want to purchase". It can probably be another one.
2. Click Paperback version (may not be necessary)
3. Click Audiobook version (may not be necessary)
4. Audiobook version will now say "$0.00 with membership trial"
5. Click "Start my trial"
6. Continue with form
Unfortunately you'll be using one of your credits for this book, but you'll have another one left and a month of Audible Premium Plus!

Your links aren't working. I think what you're doing is selecting and copying links that have been shortened, as opposed to copying the actual links. This results in the actual URLs/links becoming garbled. Could you edit with working links please?
