That is a good point, I hope it is compatible with the new alphabet.

I've used this keyboard for years no issues but the letters on the keys wear off in time especially if you use it for gaming. I complained to Logitech and they sent me a brand new keyboard under warranty. Logitech warranty service rocks.

Do the keys on a keyboard somehow work differently in 2022?

That's cute. I like it a lot. It is not for everyone. Not as much as my '78 Maytag washer in terms of reliability vs, modern appliances.

This is hands down my favorite keyboard and I believe one of the best selling for a reason. If you have never used one I highly recommend you at least try it. I've bought many others from Microsoft to Apple and this is the best for my daily use and comfortable (aesthetically I don't mind it but there are other better looking ones and not as large). Pair this with the Logitech M705 mouse and it's a winning combo. Batteries last a long time and fading on some keys will happen but that takes heavy use (trust me).

I have the Microsoft Sculpt keyboard now. It misses the first letter sometimes, and will at times just start hitting a letter repeatedly till it decides to stop. Needless to say, I'm not thrilled with it. How does this one compare?

I've had this keyboard for over 10 years. It has outlived 3 computers and countless mouse companions and its still going strong. Although the pad has started to wear out under my left hand, I can't justify replacing it because mechanically its fine. Really can't speak higher about it. I've gamed on it, I've typed on it, I've sh*tposted on it. Battery life is so long, I don't even know how long it is. Maybe a year? Maybe more? I genuinely have no idea, not even an estimate, on how long its been since I last swapped the batteries.

This has been my 4-5th year using this keyboard (got from wally) and in this price it used to come with mouse. Guess cost pressures caught up and they have dropped the mouse now!

You're thinking of the mk550 combo and the cheapest price I've seen on it in the last 6 years was $35 after rebate. And that was a front page deal in june of 2016. Maybe you're thinking of the refurbished combo which was $25 back in 2016 too.

The M510 mouse it came with was fine but very basic. Even if I could get the combo for $35 today, I'd rather save the $11 and buy a better mouse.
