I'd say pass on this. The I3 without the emptying station is $300 right now, so the question is whether the emptying station is worth $100. I'd say definitely not- you need to clean hair out of the underside of these things after each run, so I think of the self emptying station as a gimmick. It just means you have 2 separate things to clean and maintain instead of 1 thing. Another option is a 960, which costs about $200 now with a 2 year warranty included. None of these options are really good deals though, as prices have been lower recently.
