By putting the code in the title (where the app doesn't allow copy/paste from) instead of in the description (where the app allows copy), it has to be manually typed in.

For anyone who has an smartphone or tablet Disney insiders app can take codes as well by downloading the app from Google Play Store for Android Smartphones & Android Tablets & App Store for iOS devices & also if available on Amazon Fire Tablets but be sure to login with your Disney account & click the plus [+] & go to enter codes to redeem the codes you find here on the app.

Try turning off your VPN. DMI has an issue with it on occasion.

There's not much reason to even have the app it looked like it's just a clone of the website
