Looks like the answer is yes after reading a couple of pages of this forum, which you should read for yourself if you want to spend this much money. I am not yet in the market for new headphones but keeping my eyes/ears open for potential replacements when the time comes.
Although right now I have Hifiman Sundaras and they are great; really don't NEED a new set of headphones
