Like Skitime said, it positions your body into more of a squatting position. This aligns your colon and makes poo time less stressful for most. This device and Benefiber have improved my digestive health a lot

Good to see the plastic option available too.. I don't like the idea of a wooden stool next to the toilet for sanitary reasons. Plastic can be sanitized where wood really can't.
