It works well, but I really hate the dual rocker variable speed switch. It just isn't very comfortable or intuitive. I had an older Makita cordless die grinder that had a normal variable speed trigger switch that I much preferred to this dual rocker setup.

$157.99 is a good deal now. Amazon just increased it to $179.99 and it seems to be the cheapest price around still.
