Go to your electronics counter (often they'll have em locked up in the gates behind the checkout) ask for help with a watch make em believe you're looking for a Garmin as you've read they're highly rated etc.. ask them what Garmin's they have in stock. They'll look for what they have and then ask if they have any Instinct or Instinct 2s.
I've had to use this tactic after being told they didn't have any S21 Ultra's in stock last year when it was $300, went back the next day in the morning (as i had went at the night, the night prior)
I played the game of do you have any Samsung phones in stock blah blah, they went to ring me up at full price, i had em call up the manager on duty and waited which she corrected the price and i got it for that $300.
