Without trade in, I was charged $13 sales tax (6.5%) so it seems to be off the price you paid either with or without a trade ($99 or $199.)

I already have Spectrum Internet, but use Visible for my phone service. If I buy this phone, do I need to have Spectrum Mobile service for the phone? I dont see anything in the T&C that says it requires spectrum mobile.
