I'm glad I checked Slickdeals and this Brickseek link (I've haven't used Brickseek much in the past). It showed no price but "Clearance", with 2 in stock at Milpitas, CA and San Jose, CA, contrary to someone else's posting about the bay area. On a hunch I drove to Milpitas, and sure enough they had 2 of them up above the tools, and I got one for $215!
This is $386 at Amazon and $439 on Home Depot's website, but the store associates' mobile devices show $215 and that's what it rang up as at the checkout! So, it's 44 - 51% off, a great deal.
