We have YouTube music and their song library is insane. When song isn't available, it can play video of the same, so haven't had a miss yet. How does tidal library compare?

FYI canceling sub with BB can be a nightmare. Probably not worth it plus the fact majority of ppl won't hear quality difference

YouTube music has a bigger library. Like you said, i find songs or video on YT that aren't even available on Spotify, much less a smaller library like TIDAL.

Not sure why you say this? You mean to transfer it off Best Buy? That might be tough. But canceling the sub is as easy as going into the Best Buy app and hitting "cancel subscription," which turns off the auto renew.

I got in on this deal previously. I used both with Heos and there was no difference in sound quality. For my listening tastes, Amazon has a better selection.

I had no problem canceling Tidal before it rebilled through Best Buy.

I had to straight up call best buy and got transferred a few times just to cancel a 6mo TIDAL sub. Past tidal bb SD posts suggest I'm not the only one.

Not sure why honestly -- the link is right on the website to cancel. Maybe this was before that was available, but now it is very easy. I've cancelled the Best Buy sub before with no issue. That said, if you want to cancel and transfer the subscription somehow to keep all your playlists, I could see how that might be tricky.

I clicked the cancel link and it prompted me to call, same as others have states, which sucked from a customer service standpoint. It goes along with most companies these days hoping you forget and auto renew kicks in. Standard shady practice.
