The trick is to tell service rep to go to Staples.com not to staplesconnect.
Sequence is:
Staples.com -> Deals->Weekly Ad page 8 and click desired model to select variant.
If you are polite and lucky they won't check in stock for staples - like mine didn't. Also you could counter the sale or timed sale by simply saying Target itself issues its own Weekly Ad so Staples is more or less same
Calling worked better than chat.

EDIT: Yeah they are catching on. They did not even ask me for hte store before saying they don't match weekly deals. "I see that this is a weekly ad and weekly ads are not eligible for price match according to our policy and it also not available for shipping even for stores it is only restricted to some stores." They have a response covering everything now.

The real issue is: I wanted to have 41mm but had to get 44mm as no stores around me have it...
Than chatted with target.com for declined due to offer being instore only. Morons. Was directed to local target tomor to have them price match it. It's all luck based; too much of please to convince an associate.
