The agents are asking me the product link which there is not.. and then they keep saying they can not go to the competitors website which doesnt make sense either. I dont know how to bypass that..

Tried BB again and it was transfer chat to sales then they were able to place order. It was 1st Gen thought not 2nd Gen. I think some people are lucky to get 2022 model. BB checks SKU / SR #. So I would say keep trying Smilie

I did pick up and got the email within 5 minutes. Rep said to check spam/junk/promotional folders. If you got the case id or copy of chat, you can dispute with cc company if the adjustment doesn't come thru. Rep also said "the difference amount will reflect back to the original mode of payment within one billing cycle".

Chatted with a BB rep who did not even ask for the link to the Staples ad. I provided them the order # from BB, and they told me that they successfully initiated the refund and to look for the refund email to arrive within 24 hours.

I was able to do the Series 7 yesterday. On with an agent now who refused to match the SE until I showed him my Series 7 order. I guess it really is hit or miss with the agents.
