It does per the description on Amazon.

From a review: THERE ARE NO MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION FEES. Imagine a world where you buy a product and then *don't* have to pay more money to use it. It's local-storage only, fairly generous at 4GB, with only a tiny bit of that taken up by the operating software. No extra charge to view video, no monthly fees to store your own data.

There is no coupon code to enter, you have to "snip" the coupon by clicking a button.

This doesn't seem to be a good deal. Sounds like they jacked up the price and offer an $80 coupon in order to make it sound like a good price. It's not!

Soooo... The 1080p has 500 extra lumens but resolution is not as good. So ask yourself if image quality is better than brightness!
