Damn, there's a lot of hate for meat-alternative products in this thread. Yeah, it's more expensive, and doesn't taste exactly like meat. Generally, I do like eating real beef and chicken, but sometimes, I just want something with less cholesterol and less environmental impact than beef. Might not be the healthiest, especially on the sodium side, but it's still better than its meat counterpart. That's why I don't mind eating it once in a while.

I got my order today. It wasn't half bad. A more discerned eater couldn't tell it wasn't chicken, thinking it was just made too dry. I, knowing it wasn't chicken, thought the texture was delightfully crispy.

I don't like Beyond hamburgers, so I'm happy that they have another, tastier product. Would I buy it again? Not at regular price, but I wouldn't mind having another go at some point.
