Yeah I bought it at the $1575 price and I am outside the time limit for a price adjustment. But this is the best TV I have owned, and I thought it was a great deal at $1575, $1399 is an amazing price for the quality of this TV. I would definitely recommend buying one.

I think companies are unloading inventory across the board, in case there is a recession next year.

I have also order last week for $1570 and contemplating if I have to return. Because it doesn't have Dolby vision and not sure if this will be bright enough for my bright living room. LG c2 was dim for me

If you ordered it from Samsung, you can request a return window extension. Sometimes they give it even if your past the return window

It's definitely brighter than the C2. I saw the S95B in store, and it was extremely bright. I know it was in store vivd mode, but it was noticable brighter than any other OLED I've ever seen. If the 65" drops down to $1000, I may have to convince my wife we "need" one. Haha.

I would just call Samsung and ask for a price adjustment, Samsung may want you to provide a screenshot of the new price.

At this stage Dolby Vision is more of a marketing gimmick for TV's, the TV's that advertise it, barley meet the minimum standard and you are hardly getting any benefit and I have even read reviews that mention sometimes picture quality is worse. Samsung uses a competing standard named HDR10+, which seems to be getting a little more support, though not as much as Dolby Vision at this stage. But I think what is most important is the quality of the TV, and the s95b oled is amazing.

Yes, it combines the features of an OLED and an LCD, so deep black and bright colors.
