Not sure if this is a good deal or not, but here is the direct Walmart link:

Also, wanted to note that this *does* include the riser. No availability in Richmond, VA for what it's worth.

There are none without the riser. It's the stool and tin bundle that costs more.

Keep trying showed in stock for me not available for pickup and after 10-15 mins it allowed me to order and pickup in store.
