PSA. This has been a great feature ive used many times but i just got an email about paypal return shipping on us going away.
Our Return Shipping on Us service is coming to an end. Starting November 27th, 2022, PayPal will no longer provide free return shipping labels or refunds for return shipping costs. Make sure to submit any eligible requests before the above date to ensure your claim is accepted.
We understand that Return Shipping on Us will be missed. The good news is we're constantly working on new ways to help you as a shopper. And remember, Purchase Protection will continue to be available on eligible purchases. To learn what's covered, click here.

I used it a bunch of times over the years. It's insane that some clothing and accessories stores don't have free returns, since you just don't know sometimes if what you bought will fit or look right.
Their free returns let me try stuff from merchants like that without having to worry about return shipping, should I find that whatever I bought isn't right for me after seeing it in person.
It was a great benefit. I never used it more than 2-3 times in a year but it was nice to know the option was there.

IMO they should have reduced to 3 returns per years, but don't get rid of it completely.

That's amazing that clothing stores don't have free returns. Just so much variation in clothing sizes.
