just an FYI -- $100 for opening a credit card is not that great.

2% cashback is not bad, although citi double cashback has the same, but offers $200 for opening that credit card.

It's cash they put on an Apple branded visa debit card, you can transfer it to your bank account, spend it directly, or they automatically use it for Apple card payments

yes it is a referral, no - nobody gets any mula except you and apple/goldman. It's same URL no keys or personalization
just a weird promo from Apple to give money only to new customers.

Yeah that restaurant purchase cleared. I also ordered from Nike yesterday, but like OP said it most likely won't clear until shipped and a few days after that possibly.

No, $100 is applied to your account. It's just referred to as "Daily Cash" - similar to a Venmo balance. After its applied to your "Daily Cash" account, you can use it for purchases or transfer it to your personal account for free.

$100 dropped in 1 day for me... I loaded my apple account with $1...
$75 is not showing yet but in wallet you can see the offer in the top corner of 'daily cash'. The nike offer and status is shown there without any further interaction. You need to do the nike offer by the 15th and you want to pay with the nike app using apple pay
