$10 bonus card funds expire 12/2 so you need to use it by then -- $50 card doesn't exp

Does GrubHub allow use of gift card and promo code? I remember recently that some companies don't allow it not sure if it was UberEATS or GrubHub or something else

Where does the $10 bonus card show up? I got the email for the 50 dollar gift card but no email on the bonus card. Also checked my grubhub profile

No problem combining for me -- promo code field and GC field are separate
