I was able to request a log in link from their website using my email address and access my gift cards that way.

charge shows up in paypal but after 12 hours still no card information

Thank you! It worked for me. I was wondering what's going on since I never received any email from them, but this method works and able to load the gcs into my account!

Thanks so much! I added the code and it added the $10 extra bonus to my order. Then it emailed me 2 separate gc links (one for the $50 and and one for the $10 bonus).

For anyone that didn't get the card, call up the phone # of GrubHub from the order confirmation, they pushed through my $50 immediately. They said it's a system issue.
