Thanks for the heads up! This worked for me in So Cal.
I selected my pickup store as a Neighborhood Market store, it says unavailable, but the price went down to $9.97 and allowed me to add to cart for shipping and checked out. Expected delivery tomorrow.

Side note: What determines the value of a Pokemon card? Is it rarity? A special edition? Do they make less of a certain card? I'm only familiar with sports card (inserts, signatures, game-used, etc) back in my day. Nowadays, my kids are feenin' over Pokemon cards.

Changing the store can change the price! If you aren't getting the $10 cost, keep changing the store until it pops up.

try checking out as guest, used my adreeese , witch would go to 19.95 on my account, and as guest used same adreese and shipped for 9.97 and got 3 and some nacho cheese sauce to get free shipping...

Same behavior regardless of account. No applicable hack. Changing the address for shipping renders the item OOS.
