sucks that they make these phones and the batteries go after 2-3 years.
So for $269 with trade in, this is tempting.
I'm using it on Mint.
Even if it didnt unlock from T-mobile, would it work on a t-mobile mvno?

The phone was lock and the T-Mobile FB and TW accounts told me the same (I need to expend at least 60usd on a service or 6 months in T-Mobile).
I tried several times the "Network Unlock" option from the settings but did not work (Says that my device was not selected for this kind of Unlock).
The workaround that worked for me was to purchase a plan ($40usd/month) with the T-Mobile sim card on the phone (I was expecting to consume the $60usd for the unlock). But for an unknown reason the calls were working 90% of the time and the data roaming did not worked because I was located in Mexico (it supposed to work in Mexico and Canada). So they ended up enabling the Unlock option on the Settings and I was able to Unlock it.
Its a great phone and I'm interested on the OP9 but I'm not sure about buying a T-Mobile variant again.
