I only have several 10% ones. The few 20% I have are more or less useless to me (Disney+ or ESPN sub or Thrive Market)

The percentage off varies on both my Flex and Freedom cards. I get 20% off on my Freedom card which I hardly use anymore. My Flex card gets a lot of use but the percentage off varies from 5%-15% off (mostly 10% off) but none are 20% off. Funny.

If I remember correctly from previous iteration of this, these show up under Chase Offers (just like any other offer), but shows a little banner indicating that it's a "flash" (time limited) deal. None of my cards have this.. just the regular stuff that were already there yesterday.
