They are among the top 3 pharmacies in America yet their website and app is crappy as f. Their Business Technology leadership should be fired immediately.

Both the app and the website have been super-glitchy the last few days - emptying the cart yup. And also things showing as in stock, adding to cart then going out of stock 5 minutes later...but you can add it back in, hurry through checkout, and actually get the product. Super annoying!

To say the least. Can't they hire a few cheap developers to revamp and change their website and e-commerce business.
In this age and era the company's life line is online business.

agree, their site is always slow and glitchy when I tried to add stuff from SD front pages. Web is usually a bit better. The mobile version is a nightmare.

I am sorry, that is not the justification for a poor performance. They can lead by example and offer stellar customer service. Just because competitors are providing bad customer experience doesn't mean they also have to?

Seriously, I would not buy this type of thing from Amazon. Sooo many counterfeits. Ever since the reseller market exploded there, I try to buy few things if any from the Evil Empire.
Side note: everything I have ever ordered on Amazon made of rubber or plastic--even fabrics--that come from a Chinese company smell like toxic death. What is that?? Not worth the savings!
