Looks like their systems are finally catching up a bit. I purchased another phone on the new $500 deal where they apply the $500 credit to 24 months of payments. But I also had a $150 per phone gift card for this month's Xfinity Rewards. Not as good as the $300 credit from last month, but still brought the cost of a Pixel 7 down to $0, after taxes. The $150 credit is already showing up in the system as "Pending Eligibility" while my $300 gift card from last month's purchase shows "Qualified". Promising.

Don't wait, log ticket to Xfinity is useless, go log a complaint at bbb.org with all details, date of purchase, what you expected to get and ticket you opened at Xfinity etc. I had problem before, after I log a complaint to BBB, Xfinity called me and get it resolved in few days and I got my Visa cards in two weeks.

Have patience folks. Last year I got visa cards worth $1200. $300 from iphone offer, $200x3 for 3 byod new lines promo and $100x3 from Xfinity Rewards Center offer for those 3 lines. Keep tracking under the Xfinity rewards tracker.

I suggest anyone having problem to do the same, this work for me and hope it work for everyone too.

I really doubt the BBB is going to be any help (yet). Until the due date has passed for when XM promised a rebate, I am not sure what the complaint would be? That their IT systems are bad because they are not showing progress correctly? Not exactly a BBB issue. Complaining to the BBB about something that XM might fail to do in the future seems wrong.

I am in no way defending the poor customer service aspects of XM and how poor their IT systems are. I just think you have to wait until they have failed to deliver before complaining to a group like the BBB.

But complain to XM? Heck yes! Poor customer service, poor communication, poor clarity of their programs, poor IT systems. Much to complain about to them.

My reward wasn't show up in the web tracker as well. Called Xfinity and they told me it shows up in their system. Guess have to wait and see.

My BBB compliant was about disappearance of my $200 Visa GC from the tracker site. They will have to respond to that question. BBB has sent my compliant to xfinity and as soon as they respond to BBB, BBB then will let me know.

After all, it DOES make sense to file a compliant.

Yes, my complaint can also be based on their customer service explicitly denying my reward. This is not about bad IT or things disappearing from the tracker. Both the incentive tracker CS AND corporate support have stated it has been denied.

That why I really want the terms and conditions of the reward. I want to verify their claim that it is not valid with other offer.

Complaint filed here as well. Especially stressed that I verified with their customer service BEFORE purchasing that the rewards promotion would apply. I invited them to go listen to the tapes. Certainly can't hurt at this point as the agent I talked to from corporate was downright inept at the most basic of customer service.

Did you guys wait until the 14 days the tracker customer support said it can take to file your BBB complaints? Today is 11 days for me and still no update on the tracker and when I called again I was told I had to wait 14 days.
