Two all-cartoon adventures, one delightful bundle!
Cuphead & The Delicious Last Course is a bundle containing the original Cuphead adventure, and the follow-up expansion The Delicious Last Course.
In Cuphead, players battle screen-filling bosses in a run and gun action experience inspired by cartoons of the 1930s. Play as Cuphead or Mugman (in single player or local co-op) as you traverse strange worlds, acquire new weapons, learn powerful super moves, and discover hidden secrets while you try to pay your debt back to the devil!
In The Delicious Last Course, Cuphead and Mugman are joined by Ms. Chalice for a DLC add-on adventure on a brand new island! With new weapons, new charms, and Ms. Chalice's brand new abilities, take on a new cast of wacky, transforming bosses to assist the jolly Chef Saltbaker in Cuphead's final challenging quest.
Both titles contain visuals and audio created with the authentic techniques of the era they were inspired by, including traditional hand drawn cel animation, watercolor backgrounds, and hours of original jazz recordings!
Note: The Delicious Last Course can be experienced shortly after beginning the original Cuphead game, and Ms. Chalice can be enjoyed as a playable character in all stages once unlocked!

Can you pass the tutorial?
Trust me the dlc is worth every penny the art looks amazing as always and there's extra weapons for you to unlock as well as an amazing gaming experience. I would not mind buying it again.
It's actually been slightly cheaper before. I got it for just under $5 a year or two back.
Instructions in link, but you have to temporarily change your account country code to Argentina and you can only do that if you don't have an eShop balance.

Why, to add more lag?
I got the base game for the xbox right when it came out. I played the first stage and it wasn't really what I expected. I expected this to be a cute little game you can just casually play but obviously it wasn't and I was about to quit and never play it again. My son who was 8 at the time started playing it and really liked it, so then it got me into it too. We played it together, struggled at some bosses but eventually we persevered! It was some good father and son bonding.
Right there with you. Too many people just don't want to get good at something. If they can't pass a part in a game in 10 tries or less, it's always "too hard." Shoot… that Demon of Hatred boss in Sekiro killed me so many times, I lost count at 50. I kept trying and beat him, though. Very few things in life are actually too hard. Many things take patience and skill development. This game is excellent.
Seriously, I'm still waiting on the physical copy.

This game is so good. I loved it and I hate retro side scrollers.

English, exactly like the US version. I bought the DLC yesterday directly on my Switch for about $2.20 using Amazon VISA (no foreign exchange fees).
