This was SUPER confusing, but I did get it to work. You basically have to add both those offers via PayPal, go to the Google Play Store, buy something and PAY USING THE LINKED PAYPAL ACCOUNT, just go on blind-faith that it will work (not reflected anywhere during the checkout process), and then when you get a receipt you'll see that you paid whatever the price of the thing was minus $15 and then it automatically withdraws from some other account (didn't use my preferred one).

Basically, Google Play Store interface is a dumpster fire of user-experience, but this does eventually work, as OP stated. Good find...Google, for the love of god, fix your UX (maybe spend less time building random projects like Stadia, only to shut them down a year later).

Per the terms, the purchase must be made on the website. However, I did an in-app purchase and it worked.

I added PayPal to my Google Pay [google.com], and then made an in-game purchase with PayPal as the checkout method, and the promotions applied. (You can't see that the promotion works until after the purchase by going to your PayPal activity.)

If you have multiple PayPal accounts, you can add the 2 promos to each PayPal account, add each PayPal account to the same Google Pay account, and do this promo multiple times. I tested it and it works.

I hope this helps,
Tofu Vic

Got Top Maverick 4k for less than a $1. It used both the $5 and $10 coupons because sales tax brought it over $15. Used part of the $10 credit from previous spend $5 get $10 Google Play/PayPal promotion for the remaining balance. Definitely a good deal, rep to the OP.
For those that purchased top gun, before finalizing did it say no tax at the top?

I've been wanting to get a supplement for the DJI app for drones but didn't want to pay full price. Is Litchi the one I should go with? Would be $10 after credit

Read your post and went on some blind faith. It worked on Maverick thru chrome on iPhone. Paid 94 cents. Thanks!

It only took $5 off for top gun maverick for me and not the $10 off too
Before you go to make the purchase, check where it stays "$14.99+ tax" and click in the "+tax", for me, after i click that, it then says "no tax", so my guess is for me, a $14.99 purchase will NOT work. Only for those who get taxed on digital purchases

I'll take Bring it on Cheer or Die for free since I own the others and its MA and it looks awful so I wouldn't want to spend my actual money on it. Thanks much!

I would have got Morbius since I own the rest of that Spider-Man universe junk but not paying 4.99 for it.

Worked for me using the steps indicated, up until the website. I used an in app purchase on Roblox for my little brother and it worked! Immediate receipt showed the full amount but then got an email from PayPal showing I saves $15

Potential idea: Download HBO Max app > purchase one month of service (I think this will be considered an in-app purchase.
