I could only make it work on Target gift cards, but since I have a personal PayPal and a Business PayPal account, I ended up getting $30 in Target gift cards for free. Thanks for sharing the deal!

Should this discount appear within the Target checkout? It's not applied in my cart, although I added the two discounts.

Not sure how all you are getting gift cards. I put the order through and got a confirmation email for eBay gift card and 5 minutes later got a cancellation email. Worse thing, I cannot even buy another product as I can no longer use the $15 off on PayPal.
