Well I completely messed up. First I ordered a book and the $15 applied then I changed my mind and canceled. I figured the coupons would be gone but I thought I'd check. So I loaded a $15 gift card and went through PayPal. Sure enough no coupon. Oh well I clicked the button to return to Target and it immediately checked me out, no confirmation in the target app! And because it was a digital card I couldn't cancel.

Annoyed.
