Worked for me on 3 different PayPal accounts using the same target account.

Got 3x$25 PSN cards for $30 total.

Proper amount was charged to CCs tied to PayPal too. Cheers!

EDIT: Worked for me about 15 minutes ago. Appears to be dead now.

BTW, if you are having issues checking out on a desktop browser, try using the Target.com App. I kept receiving errors on my laptop browser but worked flawlessly using the Target.com app and checking out with paypal.
