Think it's dead. Had the deal and tried to buy a GC in the app. Transaction failed but PayPal emailed me saying I redeemed it. No confirmation from Target though.
Supposedly it went through with PayPal but there's no transaction history with target or email of me buying something from them???? Just an email from PayPal about covering the total
Same here. I had problem via browser but the through the Target app seems to work. However, my credit card was charged the full amount ($25 instead of $10) even though I got an email from PayPal saying that I got $15 off on my order. We'll see in a few days if the pending $25 sticks or not. I did this with the Starbucks offer and it went through with no issues.
Same here. I was charged the full amount whereas for the Starbucks one, the PayPal confirmation email showed "special offer" deducted from the total. I'm annoyed
Saved both $10 and $5 orders and bought $20 target egift card. Bought it about 20 min ago. Got Target egift card in mail but pending charges shows as $20 on PayPal. Looks like it didn't apply. I even got paypal emails after saving both offers.

I got the same thing. Charged on PayPal but didn't go through on target. This should be interesting.
Got charged -$15 on PayPal and then got an email saying it was covered. Free $15 gift card
When did you place the order? Can you share the email that you got where it says covered? I didn't get any email but charged on CC full amount. Were you also charged on CC?
Not sure it's worth the trouble. I tried paying with PayPal and Target says it can't process the card. Got an email from Paypal for a hold on the dollar amount with the order but the order never went through.
i saw that the 15off was applied when i chose paypal payment; i got a correct pending charge (after 15 off) first, but i got another pending charge (before 15off) about 15 minutes later. i see the offer was not applied on my paypal page.... don't think the offer was applied.
Charged $20 for $20 target gc, when logged to paypal during payment did show $10 discount but under paypal activity shows $20 charged, anyone having same issue?
