I've had a couple of these over the years. They're pretty sturdy for how cheap they are. I don't know if I would ever carry one into battle but they can make short work of large rats. They do add a bit of weight to my fanny pack which can be annoying to the groin area. The wood handle is comfortable, maybe could be used as a throwing knife? When I met my (now) ex-wife she commented positively on my ability to whip the blade out with one hand by flicking the spring pad. Semper Fi bros
